John Harrison Takes the "Triple Crown" at this year's PRCA Awards Banquet for the 3rd year in a row!
Welcome to John Harrison Rodeo Clown - aka "The Clown Family"
Dropping his jaw in awe, John Harrison was honored with three year-end awards at the annual PRCA Awards banquet, preceding his 2024 NFR appearance as the selected barrelman. Taking home Comedy Act of the Year for the 9th time, Coors Man in the Can for the 8th time and for the third time in his career...Clown of the Year! This was an exciting time for Harrison, made more special by having his family with him that night. John says, "I couldn't do it without my family with me, it is truly a team effort". John and his family are affectionately known as The Clown Family to fans and friends in rodeo. Rarely do you see him without them. Harrison began his career with the PRCA in 1999 as a trick rider and roman rider he later added barrelman to his bag of tricks. He started clowning and doing acts in 2002 and the rest, as they say, is history.
